Harris Tweed

Harris tweed is the foundation fabric of many Dualach pieces - a fabric unique to the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Made from pure virgin wool, gifted by Hebridean sheep; dyed, spun , woven and finished by islanders, on the islands.

For me, this makes it a very special cloth - imbued with tradition and the wild nature of the island within its weave - the colours of the cloth of reflecting and blending the elements of the island landscape - it’s minerals, flora and fauna and light …
